If zero was a possible rating this would be a zero. One of the employees, Wes, was completely unwilling to process a return for me. He had personally sold me the incorrect charger and would not accept my return because I did not have the original packaging. I had the sales receipt and the item but I did not have the original packaging. Not only did they sell me a more expensive incorrect item but then they would not accept the return. I found them to be incompetent and completely unwilling to provide customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to the legitimate Verizon store in Hermitage.
Today was the first time ever at a phone store that I left with a smile . The technicians where kind courteous and very efficient and helpful . if you had bad experiences at other stores go here !!!! Will change your outlook on phone stores

Horrible! We returned 2 phones because we were straight up lied to about discounts and promotions. So after a $406 bill and spending $150 the day we bought the phones we returned 2 phones within the 14 day FULL REFUND policy and came out owing them an additional $62! There should be a negative star button.
The worst thing we ever did was to try and switch back to Verizon. The employee that delt with us at this store lied to us about pretty much everything, we've had our phones for two weeks after already paying 300 at the store we get a bill for 407. None of the discounts he told us about we're true, he lied about our bill, he told us to call Verizon to wave the activation fees. I bet the guy even lied about being in the military.
