This company now knows the layout of my home, and security codes, I DO NOT FEEL SAFE..
I have come to find that the owner of this company is on probation from a DUI hit and run charge. He was fired from ADT for that reason. Their are also employees of the same company whom are on parole and also have criminal backgrounds.
Is there a lower rating than this??? The owner, Gary Shingledecker is a CROOK!!! He hires independent contractors, but tries to get away with not paying them, at all! Finally, after emailing the manager, and Gary for 6 weeks, he paid me $45 for 40 HOURS of work! If he treats people who work for him this poorly, how do you think he will treat his customers. STAY AWAY from All Star Alarms!!! They offer a FREE system, but will do everything in their power to upgrade you. So, the very least you pay is $1080 - for his FREE system! RUN as fast as you can when you hear the name All Star Alarms, or Gary Shingledecker!
