I'm here visiting from out of town. I came in the store with my daughters. One was in a buggy. I was greeted when I walked in. After that I was watched and followed by an associate named Mark. There were other people walking around but every time I turned around he was there watching. He never asked I needed any help. I was extremely uncomfortable. I've shopped all over at different Michael Kors stores and I've never felt so uncomfortable in one of these stores. If he would have at least engaged in a fake conversation that would have been better. I think he needs to be retrained in customer service. I made a hurried purchased because I promised my daughter a purse. The young lady who checked me out was very nice.
