The staff at this store are wonderful. I love their variety of treats, products and pets! The pets are always healthy and the staff are very knowledgable about the pets they sell. Compared to Petco, they raise much healthier animals, which are raised locally and often in the store. Prices are often very reasonable.
I bought (rent to own) a water system from this company. The service and installation was less than adequate. They did make that right after some difficulty. But, when I called to get the balance on my rent to own agreement, they couldn't seem to answer me, claiming they would have to "figure it out" by adding up all of my payments. What's to say I haven't paid too much already? Honestly, if you can't keep current track of customer's payments you need to upgrade your system. Absolutely ridiculous!
