Bottom line: We will NEVER purchase from Kay's again as long as we live. Go to Zales, their prices are clearly marked and I have always received top notch customer service there. It's too bad they didn't have the ring she wanted.
Worst purchase experience in my life. Prices aren't on the merchandise so they can screw you any way they choose. Against my better judgement I bought the engagement ring because my fiance was in love with it. Bought the extended warranty and everything. Was excited to get the rewards to use on her wedding band but nothing looked right with her engagement ring. Sales woman told us she would call if she got in something that would work with it but didn't. My fiance walked in the store 2 weeks after the rewards had expired (without me) and found a perfect match for her ring and bought it. They didn't honor her rewards which would have saved us a considerable amount of money. I called the store manager today and they wouldn't do anything for us so I called corporate. Corporate also did nothing for me.
