This place is awful, receptionists are rude and miserable. I was in there 5 days ago and was diagnosed with a medical condition. They gave me antibiotics and told me it would clear up in a few days. In day 5 now and it has only gotten worse. I calledin today to ask if I should come back in and was told no. I said ok why no? And she told me I needto follow up with a faniky doctor. I explained I am new to the area and do not have a family doctor and her response was well you need to get one. I said ok but that will not help me in the meantime as it takes a while to get in to see a doctor for the first time and I am suffering now. The lady had no care or worry in the world to help me. Will never go back there.
Their answer is always "you have allergies"...ridiculous! Don't go here, do yourself a favor and go straight to !!!slippery rock urgent care!!!
Save your money or go to an actual Med Express in Slippery Rock. My family all had terrible sinus infections and had been treating at home for over a week and every one of us were told that we didn't need anything but over the counter meds. Turns out, we needed more than that. This "business" is terrible...You go when they open and the PA-C doesn't show up until almost an hour later?! Terrible. Like I said, save your money!
Went here today they were all rude miserable and not professional what so ever. I waited from 11:30-2:20 I at that time was told my wait was going to be another 20 minutes longer because they had a ambulance come in with an emergency. Since when does an ambulance bring patients to urgent care in GC where they don't do stitches, xrays or even blood work there. I was there all that time and never saw or heard an ambulance. Finally saw a Dr and left at 2:55 I will never go back it was a waste of time and they were all so rude, miserable and slow. I'm Its worth driving further to get good care!!! I have nothing good to say about Grove city fast care they are SLOW, RUDE, misdiagnose, have no care for anyone and I won't be back.
Best place to go for minor emergencies. I was there for a broken bone, allergies, sinus infection. Easier to get in that the dr. office. All employees were professional and very nice. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends.
