I was in need of 2 new washers and dryers on short notice without much time to do research. As soon as the store opened, I quickly stopped in at Sears in Grove City, PA and explained to one of the owners (Paul) the features I needed and the dimensions and told him I would like 3 recommendations and would come back by the end of the day to make my decision. Paul called at 2 PM and said he had everything ready. I went in at 3 PM (he was supposed to go home by 3 PM) and Paul stayed an extra hour taking care of other guests and myself. Not only did he make excellent recommendations...he did me a huge extra favor that was above and beyond what I would have ever expected! In a world where customer service typically means no service...it was a breath of fresh air to be treated with excellent customer service! Thank you!
