Cindy and all the other workers are so friendly and great at what they do! The prices at gel nails are worth it and the shop is always clean. Would definitely recommend!
My daughter just came back from Gel Nails after having her nails done for Homecoming. Normally she has no complaints but after coming home in tears today, I felt a review was necessary.
The only person that does nails good is Cindy. If it is busy though you are rushed through. I won't be using them anymore. The last time I was there to have my nails done Cindy was off so her husband Steven did my nails. I cried because they were so badly done and haven't returned since and won't return. Now my nails are short (I cut them down and took off the gel coat). Of course my natural nails are damaged and thin so I have to wait for them to heal before attempting to grow them again. My recommendation for this place is find another, you'll be glad you did.
4. Did not leave them the length she asked for, instead cutting them shorter.
She paid for a service and was not provided what she wanted. On top of that, all of her fingers hurt so she can't go have them fixed. Even if she did not make the decision herself, she will not be coming back and paying money for an awful experience.
6. Did not clean out from under new nails when finished, leaving residue from the powder & polish.
I’m out of town, from the DMV area, and my friend and I needed a last minute pedicure/ manicure. We called the business at 9:20a (and they don’t open until 10a) and they picked up the phone! (Super awesome) We made the appointment for 10a and they took us right away when we walked in. Great selection in the nail polishes and the service was good enough for me! Definitely a good find. No complaints. The business was clean and friendly. They don’t talk too much but they know what they are doing for sure. Prices are about $3-5 more for their services in this college area but nothing crazy. I paid $28 for a regular pedicure. If you’re in the area, check them out!

Side note: ran into a regular customer who drives 45 minutes each way just to get a mani/pedicure. That’s awesome! They are obviously doing something right!
2. Cut more than one finger on more than one occasion while filing/sanding her nails, causing more bleeding. The chemical used before the powder then burned like fire in all of these cuts.
1. Instead of soaking her nails to remove the old tips, they were taken off by digging/prying causing nearly all of her fingers to bleed under the natural nail.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Fuse and very unprofessional. Would NEVER go back.
3. She provided a picture of how she wanted them painted and they look nothing like the picture aside from the colors.
I would like to update this to say Cindy, the owner, reached out to me regarding my daughter's experience. She was very apologetic and fixed her nails. They look awesome and my daughter is very happy with them. I appreciate her taking the time to make things right.
5. The silver polish on the tips is uneven and lines are not even remotely straight.
