This was my first and last experience with this Kocher's. I ordered a floral boquet for my wife at Kocker's on 6/24/13 for same day delivery to the Grove City Outlet Mall. I was charged an additional $10.00 for them to travel.."that far". I approved the fee and asked for a nice 60.00 boquet with alot of Gerber Daisy's....The Boquet arrived at my wifes place of work and when she called to thank me I could tell there was something she was holding back about the flowers. After asking her about them she told me that there were at least 6-8 flowers on one side that were broken off and some hanging...and there was only 1 gerber daisy in the entire boquet. The rest of the boquet was filled with cheap carnations and daisy's...When she brought the flowers home I was almost sick.. I made a call to the florist the next morning first thing and was told I would get a call back.. Mr Kocher called at 1pm and stated that there was NO WAY that there was a problem with the flowers because his wife delivered them..The problem HAD to have happend after his wife delivered them to my wife. I asked if he had actually seen the flowers go out of his shop or seen them in the van. He said NO, but there was NO POSSIBLE WAY anything could have happend to them before they were delivered..It HAD to have happend AFTER my wife got the flowers. His solution was to discount me 5%...I told him to forget the 5% because that was an insult to me and my wife. This man had zero interest in fixing this problem and frankly...he just didnt care...he just wanted to talk about how long they were in business for..blah..blah... I would NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE. These people completley took advantage of my phone in order and sent the wrong product and sent damaged product then didnt want to talk about their wrong doing.....GO TO NELSONS in Grove City, PA...They do quality work.. I tried to spread around the work, but will never do that again.
