There seems to be a concerted effort to brings down Ithen Global's rating here but their work speaks volumes. I have given Ithen Global concepts for several different companies and entities and in every case they went above and beyond to deliver incredible designs that were always outside the box which very few companies can do. Their work is second to none, their facility is second to none as it looks more like a pharmaceutical laboratory than a custom print shop.
Sorry to see bad reviews.....seems to be personal due to a rescheduled deadline of one job...because the Penguins won the Stanley Cup resulting in hundreds of thousands of shirts needed immediately....they are working 24 hour shifts. My job was also rescheduled, but I totality understand Ithen is the Official Printer for the Penguins. I have used Ithen Global for years, always creative design, outstanding service and professional results. They are printers for major sports teams and major corporations world wide. Ithen Global came through with a last minute order with exceptional service. On a tight timeframe they were happy to accept our order, finalize and refine our designs, and have the order in our hands with time to spare. This experience earned them a repeat customer.
They cancelled our order due to an event that they should have been prepared for. Its extremely unprofessional. Any good company would find a way to meet their customers needs. These guys don't care about local returning customers at all. We deal with many suppliers all the time. Ithen Global has consistently been the most difficult to deal with across all industries. This isn't the first time they have failed us but it will be the last. We will never use their services again. We were saved by Moreau Sign Co in Indiana, PA. They bent over backwards to prepare our order on time. They were cheaper and the quality of the shirts and screen printing was FAR better than anything Ithen Global has ever done for us. If you ever need shirts printed, you should definitely go to Moreau Sign Co first.
