My daughter is a local college student. On the way home on a Sunday evening, she needed roadside assistance for a flat tire. Spare put on; and away she went. I sent her to Flynn's the next day (Monday 11/20/2017) for a simple nail fix. She waited 4 hours until they fixed the tire at the end of the day. She paid the full price of $19.
I realize that my daughter may not have communicated that she was waiting it out at Pizza Hut, but I would think based on her phone call prior to arrival, and the vast experience Flynn's has with repairs, that the store could have at least asked a few questions and fit it between jobs. Others have commented how they were fit in, and some didn't even have to pay, which is a wonderful gesture.
Heading to the Grove City outlets for our yearly States shopping trip last weekend left us in a bit of trouble with a flat tire. Flynn's Tire & Auto Service saved the day by not only accomodating us into their busy schedule but also graciously provided the service with no charge. This repair was a nail - plug and go. Flynn's "does it right" by taking tire off, plugging from inside, and resealing, but that is typically a pretty quick process, especially for an advanced tire shop.
There was no problem with the quality of repair.
My experience with Flynn's has been decent. Staff is always really friendly. I've usually gone on for basic stuff like oil changes, new tires, alignments, and I've always been satisfied. I've received quotes from them on other repairs but always have gone to my local mechanic to get the work done. You'll almost always pay more at a chain place like Flynn's, Firestone, etc.
Great service, tires and price. Always had good experience with people working there. Price of tires, insurance, and life rotation was less then Sears and others.
