Went to them for a uhaul rental. The trailer was ready to go when we got there. However when we hooked it up our wiring harness wasn't working right. Rather than turn us away and tell us to come back after we got it fixed, he spent two hours in the parking lot troubleshooting our problem and trying a few different solutions. None worked so he tracked down the part we needed, went and got it in his own vehicle, came back and installed it and all he asked for was payment for the part. He did all this just to make sure we could proceed with our move as scheduled. This is absolutely top notch customer service, well beyond what he need to do. We can't thank him enough for his time and help. I will need another trailer soon and you can bet he'll be the man I go to to get it.
