As you would expect with any McDonald's in terms of food. Our drive-thru order itself was small but took 15min to make. They were extremely courteous, and even refunded the sandwiches that caused the delay! Very much appreciated the beyond service =)
For it not being busy this place was in bad shape. Food was cold. The fries were warm but sandwiches were cold. And it took a long time for them to put our order together 3 sandwiches 1 fry 1 coke 2 shakes and a pumpkin latte took well over 10 mins. The kid taking orders was phenominal but foor was bad. Cleanliness was what you would expect for a mcdonalds.
Food was as expected, but place was filthy inside. Beverage center was an absolute mess! Didn't want to touch anything! Had to clean the table myself before eating. Floor was a mess. Decided not to even look at the bathroom.
What a dump! All of the tables were dirty, the urine was dried all over the floor in the bathroom, and the food...was garbage. Wanted pickles taken off of the one burger, they were going to charge me to take them off. When I asked why, I was told "we disrupted the assembly line. Awful service all together. I would have told them to hold the grease, but that would have been an extra dollar most likely!
Unpleasant drive threw customer service! Very rushed! No napkins present! Only big Mac dinner box, no substitutes! False advertisement of chicken tenders and schezwan sauce!
