One last comment: the lanes were in poor condition, and there were system faults at least twice per game that required the owners to walk down and fix the problem. Perhaps the shoddy quality of their lanes led to their utterly rude behavior? Regardless, I will never come back.
As far as bowling ally's go, this place was abysmal. I felt personally victimized by the quality of the pizza. This is a decent place to go bowling if you appreciate an impersonal owner creeping around your party. Consider playing wii bowling instead.
Great all night bowling for 12.50 when I was there. It was a solid place to bowl.
I am utterly aghast at the poor level of customer service! I must agree with the prior reviewer - the owners make it abundantly clear that their customers are actually an inconvenience to them! We reserved a lane for Friday night glow bowl to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Upon arrival, we ordered a pizza and fries, only to be rudely informed that we should have known to order our food when we reserved the lane a week ago! This place serves food - how were we to know that you needed to place your orders ahead of time? It's not like anyone asked us when we were reserving the lane. No, we were supposed to just know this. We have been here several times in the past, and we never had to order our food ahead of time, and there was no posting of a new policy for buying food, but it was clear that they were annoyed that we were actually BUYING THERE FOOD!
Just awful. A family night out turned into leaving early due to faulty equipment and service people had no idea how to fix it OR even help. My childhood spot is now just a rip off...
When we asked to have our drinks before the pizza was delivered, again it was made clear that we were inconveniencing them with our business - hands in the air, eyes rolling, sighs, etc. Then, when it was time for glow bowl, the system didn't come on. When we asked about this, we were told that the "system burned out two weeks ago." NOBODY told us this when we reserved the lane, yet we were made to feel stupid for actually asking them if they were going to turn on the glow bowl system! Finally, on our way out the door, the owner actually yelled at us for not putting away the balls that THEY had put out for our girls!! Sorry we didn't know about the policy of returning the balls...oh, wait, THIS POLICY ISN'T POSTED ANYWHERE!! The owner invited us to do our bowling somewhere else, and I will glady oblige. I can bowl for free any day that I want, and yet I chose to spend my money at this establishment for the sake of my daughter. I will never visit Bowl-a-drome again!
