Good bank
Worst customer service I ever had. I came to this branch in order to withdraw my money and was told to come back the next day. Came back the next to be told that they cannot help me at this time. No explanation whatsoever as to why they could not give me my money. When to another branch to find out that the lady by the name of Kathy, had put a hold on my account. I never had any issues with PNC until this happen. Made me rethink if I should look for another bank.
My wife and I went here to get our accounts joined after we got married and open a new line of credit. They were helpful in answering our questions and very kind and professional.
